Thesis is bases on materials of inspection of persons who are suffering with ischemic heart disease with the purpose to increase the effectiveness of atherogenous dislipoproteinemia diagnostics on the basis of a cooperative mark estimation of lipidic and lipoprotein parameters of blood plasma spectra and forecasting acute coronary events on the basis of definition of subfractional structure of blood Serum using laser correlation spectroscopy. The choice of the most significant parameters of lipidic and lipoprotein spectra of blood plasmas in the diagnostics of atherogenous dislipoproteinemia is proved.
