In the thesis the current problems of mathematical education of students of medical colleges are examined in the light of implementation of competent approach to study; the necessity of strengthening of the applied orientation of mathematics teaching is grounded for forming of subject mathematical and separate professional competences of middle medical workers; influence of system using of computer technologies of mathematics teaching is shown on level increase of common branch competences of medical students; psycho-pedagogical pre-conditions of moderniza-tion of maintenance and construction of computer oriented methodical system of mathematics teaching are examined in medical colleges.
