Object of the investigation - 43 white rats-males with experimental glomerulonephritis, 16 control animals. 49 patients with mesangial glomerulonephritis and 30 practically healthy people; aim - to establish the pathogenetic role of endothelial dysfunction at glomerulonephritis its interrelation with weight of morphological attributes of disease in experiment and clinic, pathomorphosis and dynamics of separate parameters of endothelial functions under influence of pathogenetic therapy; methods - biochemical, immunoenzymological, morphological and statistical; novelty and results – it was first set that pathogenetic role of the endothelial function during the experimental glomerulonephritis in animals and patients with mesangiocapillary and mesangioproliferative glomerulonephritis. The interrelation between the infringements of the endothelial function with the extent of the damage of kidney glomeruli, ductuli and stroma, the degree of proliferation of glomerular and arteriolar endothelial cells, and also the dependence of the endothelial function on the character of the immunocomplex damage of the kidney structures was established. Animals with the experimental glomerulonephritis have distinct dynamics of separate parameters of the endothelial function under the influence of pathogenic hormonal cytostatic therapy and with the use of the stimulator of synthesis of the nitric oxide in comparison with the available nephropathomorphosis. It was proved that pro-inflammatory hypercytokinemia played а leading role in forming of endothelial dysfunction at glomerulonephritis. Laboratory criteria are developed for definition of degree glomerular, ductular and stromal damages of kidneys, and also a degree proliferation of the endothelial cells of glomerular capillaries and аrterioles at mesangial glomerulonephritis; it was introduced – in practical activities of nephrological department of Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical association, in scientific work of the Central research laboratory of Donetsk statemedical university and department of experimental researches of Institute of urgent and recovery surgery (Donetsk), and also in training course at department of pathological physiology and department propaedeutics of internal illnesses of Donetsk state medical university, department of the general and clinical pathological physiology of Odessa state medical university, departments of pathological physiology of Lugansk state medical university, Bukovina state medical university (Chernovtsy), Zaporozhye state medical university, Crimean state medical university (Simferopol); scope of use - educational proces and scientific work of medical university, diagnostic and medical process of nephrology department.
