Palamarchuk A. Differential approach to rehabilitation of young aged patients in the renewal period of ischemic stroke.

The dissertation focuses on the important question of modern neurology - medical rehabilitation of the patients after the carried cerebral ischemic stroke. Actuality of this theme is based on the growth of epidemiologic indexes of this disease. The main purpose of the investigation was to explore efficiency of medical rehabilitation of patients with ischemic stroke in the renewal period.The investigation included such modern diagnostic criteria as computer electro-encephalography and immunoassay of blood (proinflammatory and anti inflammatory cytokines - interleukin-8 and -4). The important clinical criteria of efficiency of the conducted treatment were volume of renewal of active motions in extremities and social- well-being index of patients with ischemісstroke.It is shown that possibilities of treatment of the patients after carried acute stroke in the period of rehabilitation depends not only on the functional state of organs and systems, etiology, clinic, topography of area of the deranged brain,but also from the term of the kinesitherapy use. Thus efficiency of the kinesitherapy is straight proportional to its intensity. The application of the kinesitherapy is proved to be effective enough and priority in complex of the medical rehabilitation in case of ischemic stroke in a renewal period.
