Object of the research: acute pneumonia in children before 7 years old. Goal for the research: Improvement of diagnostic and forecast criteria of complication in children with pneumonia elaboration on the data of estimation function of the lung at the regulation of biogenic amines’ concentration in general circulation. Methods of the research: clinical, instrumental, bacteriological, statistical, special. Scientific novelty: There links of acute pneumonia in children pathogenesis, that reflected the influence of damage of nonrespiratory lung function at the biogenic amines and nitric oxides concentration in general circulation on clinical current of disease were established. Results of the research: There biogenic amines and nitric oxides concentration in general circulation and pulmonary regulation coefficient in healthy children and in children with acute pneumonia were established. It was found considerable norepinephrine and serotonin elimination reduction and nitric oxide lung production increasing with the next concentration of this substances in general circulation increasing .It was established dependence the damage of the biogenic amines and nitric oxide regulation lung function from the clinical severity, pulmonary inflammation spreading, age of patients. These sings are in the base of forecast in such children contingent. It was established that high level of histamine and serotonin concentration are markers of expression of inflammatory process in lungs. These metabolites have a most system cooperation peculiarities in the “clinic-biogenic amines” system. High level of noradrenalin and nitric oxide are playing a compensative part in children with acute pneumonia and disintegrates of cardiorespiratory complex work. Correlation connections disintegration in the “clinic-biogenic amines” system between clinical signs of respiratory failure, leucocytes intoxication index, shock index and destroying lung function at the regulation of noradrenalin, serotonin and nitric oxide concentration in generalcirculation are unfavorable signs in forecast in children with acute pneumonia.Key words: acute pneumonia in children, metabolic function of lung, adrenalin, noradrenalin, histamine, serotonin, nitric oxides.
