Chaikin I. Legal regulation of finance risk insurance

The dissertation represents an accomplished original scientific work It contains legal analyses of the finance insurance law. Necessity of fundamental reform of the finance insurance law of Ukraine is argued and its concept is offered. The classification of finance insurance risk legal relations is designed. The new approach is offered for the determinations of the notion "an insurance risk" in connection with entering the category "an insurance interest" and with the amount of the legal possibility and the capacity of the insurer. In the dissertation the conceptual principles has been formulated and the new proposals and conclusions in connection with the investigated problems have been given grounds.
