Kuzheleva A. Investment activity of economic subjects in a transformation economy

Object of research: process of investment activity of managing subjects in modern Ukraine. Purpose of research: methodological ground of mechanism of activation of investment activity of managing subjects in the conditions of transformation economy of Ukraine. Methods of research: historical approach, principles of dialectics, methods of systems analysis and logical generalizations, synergic approach methods of economic-statistical analysis. Results: author deter-mination of category is certain "investment activity"; essence of investment activity is certain in the wide and narrow value of word; the basic concepts of the ex-plored problem are specified, namely: "investment ac-tivity", "investing", "investment", "investment proc-ess"; conception of management by investment activity of managing subjects is grounded in the context of world experience; theoretical approaches are formu-lated to determination of role of the banking system and budgetary-tax policy in activation of investment activ-ity; methodology of fund market development of Ukraine is explored; developed and grounded mecha-nism of government control of investment activity of managing subjects. Novelty: a category is certain "in-vestment activity" as system of productions relations of managing subjects on an occasion forming and use of investment resources; differentiating of concepts is "in-vestment activity", "investing", "investment", "invest-ment process"; conception of management by invest-ment activity of managing subjects in the context of world experience.
