Oviechkina O. Theoretical and methodological principles of functioning of the system of property relations in the conditions of society transformation

Thesis highlights the theoretical and methodological principles of economic and practical recommendations for the functioning of the system of property relations in the transformation of society. The urgency of the research substantiates the methodological bases of studying private property in classical and postclassical directions of political economy, defines the principles and reveals the specifics of the institutional approach to determining the systemic relations of internal elements of capitalist appropriation and external forms of realization. approach, as well as proposed its own definition of the essence of property as a component of socio-economic relations, which expanded the conceptual and categorical apparatus of economics. The concept of "property" is proposed to be considered in two aspects. In contrast to the existing definitions in the literature, the dissertation in this concept focuses not only on legal but also on the civilizational, technical, cultural and ideological components of the system of relations between owners and non-owners of modern society. The issue of property reproduction as a subsystem of the economic system based on the application of a dialectical-synergetic approach with the allocation of stages of its movement is substantiated. The signs of classification of forms of ownership are revealed and revealed and the changes of appropriation-alienation relations in developed and transitive economies are identified. Particular attention is paid to the comparative analysis of industrial and post-industrial models of functioning and development of property relations on the basis of a systematic approach. Based on a pragmatic approach, the economic nature of modern state property in Ukraine is analyzed. The internal contradictions of private property in the system of economic relations of the post - privatization period are substantiated and the analysis of the national transitive model of property relations is carried out. The conceptual bases of research of economic behavior of economic subjects are described. The advantages of the institutional component in the study of the model of state management are substantiated. The analysis of endogenous and exogenous criteria of economic behavior and features of formation of its opportunistic component is carried out. The paper proposes conceptual approaches to diagnosing changes in property relations and analyzes the current state and problems of formation of the mechanism of management of transformations of property relations, which allowed to determine the relevant priorities. Recommendations for improving approaches to property relations management in Ukraine with justification for the use of economic and mathematical modeling are given. Peculiarities and problems of the transitive model of property relations under the influence of digitalization are determined, which allowed to analyze the disadvantages and advantages of its introduction.
