Levina I. Intellectual Capital: Conceptual Foundation of Reproduction

Object of research: processes of reproduction of intellectual capital taking into account generalcivilizations tendencies and specific of national economy. Purpose of research: determination of economic essence of intellectual capital and development of conceptual model his reproduction in the economy of Ukraine. Methods of research: analysis and synthesis, association of logical and historical approaches, comparison and generalization. Results: methodological bases of research of intellectual capital are developed; principles of differentiating of concepts are explored "intellectual resource", "intellectual potential" "intellectual capital"; imperfection of market intellectual capital is certain in the conditions of transitional economy and directions of activation of state policy are grounded, institutional terms are explored for effective reproduction of intellectual capital; the generalcivilizations tendencies of reproduction of intellectual capital are explored and contradictions of this process are certain in the conditions of the Ukrainian economy; the method of integral estimation of intellectual capital of microsystems is developed.
