Antoniv R. The functional disorders of lower urinary tract urodynamics in diabetic neuropathy patients

Dissertation is devoted to the studying of lower urinary tract urodynamics disorders peculiarities in diabetes mellitus type II and also its complication - diabetic polyneuropathy. The reasons of these disoders are revealed and algorhythm of autonomic urinary bladder neuropathy diagnostics is optimized.The distinctive signs of cystopathy in clinical forms diabetic polyneuropathy as evacuation enforce symptoms, detrusor hypothony and hyposensitivity, its bioelectric activity lesions. There was showed that functional urodynamics disorders in diabetes mellitus type II develop in the conditions of blood vessels' and nerves' morphological change. Degeneration of detrusor and sphincter muscular fibers takes place also. Such changes lead to the sharp decreasing of exaltation velocity conduction indexes and aplitude characteristics of electric impulse.The role of blood uric acid increased level as indicative and agressive factor in diabetes mellitus type II flow.Risk factors of diabetic polyneuropathy pre-clinic existance are revealed and algorhythm of autonomic urinary bladder neuropathy diagnodtics in diabetes mellitus type II are elaborated.
