Essay

There has been conducted an integrated clinical-and-neurological examination of 116 patients with primary hypothyroidism. There have been examined clinical characteristics of neurological pathology against the background of hypothyroidism, parameters of spontaneous and evoked bioelectric brain activity, blood flow indices of the main head and neck arteries, and of intracranial vessels as well as morphologic peculiarities of the microhemocirculatory channel. There have been determined the character of mutual dependence of parameters of hemodynamics and bioelectric activity as well as the influence of the thyroidal state on the character and the force of this dependence.
