The dissertation is dedicated to study the mechanism for development of endothelial dysfunction in young men with different levels of blood pressure. The endothelial dysfunction in young men with high normal blood pressure and 1st grade arterial hypertension are often seen equally regardless of rise in blood pressure even for a small period Endothelial dysfunction in young age is associated with presence of chronic infections by Chlamydia pneumoniae, Cytomegalovirus, Herpes simplex and Epstein-Barr virus.
