Saltavets N. Improvement of the heat state management on metal and rolls by means of their rational cooling

. Processes and hot rolling equipment. Products range enlargement, output increasing and provision of resource saving in manufacturing of flat products with a help of cool-ing process improvement. Mathematical modeling of heat exchange process where a theory of metal working squeeze treatment digital and analog machines were applied. Cooling influence on the thermal state of rolls and stripes under different refrigeration rates and temperatures of metal and rolls was studied. Improvement of mathematical models of heat exchange and method of experimental studies of the MWP processes were made. Reliability of studies was ex-perimentally confirmed. Mathematic models and methods of calculation for refrigeration systems of rolls were applied in NIPIMP "GIPROSTAL" Ukrainian Research and Develop-ment Centre "ENERGHOSTAL" in the development refrig-erating system of rolls for 2800 mill JSC "Alcheskiy Metal-lurgical Complex", at the industrial plants, state design Insti-tutes and academic activity.
