The dissertation addresses the solution of prophylaxis and treatment climacteric disordes in women with thyroiditis.Proposed treatment complex with the usage of hormone replacement therapy and pathogenetic based which provide the frequency and weight of disorders decrease and facilitate the prophylaxis of post menopause osteoporosis and autoimmune thyroid pathology.
