Dissertation is devoted complex research of institute of anxiety above adult capable physical persons on the modern civil legislation of Ukraine. An attempt to formulate conception of anxiety above a capable physical person which would take into account the modern tendencies of development of civil law in Ukraine is carried out in work. The grounds of origin of the proper relations and consequences of the special cases of improper realization of anxiety are generalized and systematized with formulation of the proper recommendations in relation to perfection of release of row of norms of Ukraine."
