Dissertation is the special complex research of the legal adjusting of transportations of loads in the direct mixed report, executed on materials of the renewed civil legislation of Ukraine and transporting legislation, with the ground of suggestions on perfection of civil and transporting legislation of Ukraine. By a research author the attempt of systematization of agreements regulative transportation of loads in the direct mixed report is done. The short analysis of development of legislation is conducted, about transportations of loads in the direct mixed report. The grounds of origin of legal relationships on transportation of load in the direct mixed report are explored, and also circle of participants of the examined legal relationships. The characteristic features of agreement of transportation of load in the direct mixed report are adopted, and consequences of his unproper execution. Legal nature of key agreements which are the mean of adjusting of relations of ferrymen on the cross-purpose ofloads is explored in work. Suggestions on perfection of civil and transporting legislation of Ukraine are formulated."
