The thesis deals with the research and argumentation of theoretical basis of rent contract alteration. The notion, typology and rent contact contents under Civil Law of Ukraine in comparison with similar matters determination in housing legislation norms are analysed. Special attention is attached to the general principles of rent contract alteration, as well as to the range of cases of rent contract alteration under Civil and special (Housing) Legislation. The peculiarities of separate types of rent contract alteration are also thoroughly analysed. The proposals concerning the improvement of current legislation norms as well as accordance of Civil Law of Ukraine and housing legislation are formulated."
