Essay

In dissertation theoretic generalization is given and formed and aprobated a new approach to the process of foundation of algorithmic culture as an independent scientific pedagogical problem. The dissertation includes the analysis of the problem in the science literature, shows the sense, structure, contents and functions of algorithmic culture, separating components of algo-rithmic paradevtic, acquiring of which assists the foundation of operative method of thinking, de-velopment of general methods of brain activity, and creative skills of younger scholars. The criteria and levels algorithmic culture of scholars of primary school are formed and characterized. It is prover that keeping didactical conditions of foundation of algorithmic culture of younger scholars influences on the increasing of formed level of this culture. Algorithmic material for the primary school structured is formed in the condense, the demands to the organization of algorithmic activity in the surrounding with computer orientation are formed and practically realizated in the system of exercises for the formulation of algorithmic cultures elements. It is proved the connecting between the components of the prosess of her foundation in younger scholars.
