Lomko I. Political parties as the factor of formation and realization of foreign policy of Ukraine

Object of research are parliamentary parties of Ukraine which during of the state independence have been having this status. The methods of research: system-defined method, method of structure functional analysis, comparative and content analysis, method of analysis of political documents and statistics, institutional method and method of expert appraisals. Scientific novelty of received results: party authority forming tendencies are researched as the parts of foreign policy mechanism of Ukraine for the first time; one of the first attempts to prove dependence between party structure and the way of its effect on the forming and achievement of the end of foreign policy and party programmes; the interconnection of evolution of electoral support in regions of Ukraine from the change of foreign policy orientation of party programmes was revealed and substantiated; the analysis of law-creative activity of parliamentary factions party activity in institutions of parliamentary and party collaboration received further development. Ideas and results of this research can be used in educational process; guidelines can be useful in improving the mechanism of foreign policy by the state bodies and also by political parties in improving the mechanism of their effect on the forming and achievement of the end of foreign policy of the state.
