The thesis is dedicated to the theoretical substantiation of long-lasting and increasing physical exercises in occurrence of structural, metabolic and acid resistance disorders of peripheral blood erythrocytes in Greco-Roman wrestlers, depending on the period of training macrocycle and year season, and to correction of these changes by usage of preparation with antioxidant action. For the first time it is established, that physical exercises cause increase in amount in sportsmen of prehemolytic and degenerative erythrocytes in the preparatory and competitive periods of a training macrocycle, promote year and the period of a training macrocycle dependent activation of lipid peroxidation in erythrocytes, and compensatory increase in activity of antioxidant enzymes, exhaustion of erythrocyte power resources. It is shown, that sportsmen have decreased acid resistance of erythrocytes. It is proved, that use in the rehabilitation complex at sportsmen of preparation 'Selenium active' has essential antioxidantaction, raises activity of antioxidant defense system, energy potential, improves parameters of acid resistance and structure of erythrocytes. The way of rehabilitation of Greco-Roman wrestlers is offered. The obtained data are used in educational process of 2 universities of Ukraine.
