Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the solution of one of the most actual problems of modern cardiology - development of optimal approach to therapy of chronic cardiac decompensation of coronary artery disease patients of advanced age on the grounds of determination of pathogenetic action of cytokines in disease development and progress. On the ground of examination of left ventricle of heart diastolic and systolic functions, in consideration of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines content of coronary artery disease patients with chronic cardiac decompensation during the course of treatment using enalapril maleate and metoprolol succinate, it was substantiate the necessity to determine levels of tumor-? necrosis factor, interleukin-8, interleukin-4.
