Essay

The dissertation is deals with the problem of myocardium damage at patients with iron deficiency anemia. On the results of 112 patients with iron deficiency anemia examination it has been determined the basic structurally functional changes of myocardium in view of a degree of severity of anemia. Application of patients complex examination which included a scale of an estimation of a clinical condition of patients with heart failure (V.Y. Маreеv, 2000), definition of tolerance to physical loading by results of 6-minute test - walking, qualities of life of patients by Minnesota Living With Heart Failure Questionnaire and a level of natriuretic peptide enables to determine initial stages of heart failure at such patients. Application of quercetin in complex treatment of patients allows to remove negative influence of hemic hypoxia on myocardium and to prevent activation of lipid peroxidation after using of iron.
