The dissertation deals with the problem of the complex research of the law enforcement activity. The new conceptual view of the law enforcement activity, its notion, functions and tasks are given. The system of the law enforcement principles is characterized and proposed. The mechanism of the law enforcement activity is characterized in details. The own classification of the law enforcement's subject is proposed. The list of the law enforcement organizations of Ukraine is given. The proposals as to the improving the actual law in the sphere of the law enforcement are implemented on the base of the theoretic analysis of the law scientific literature and actual normative acts.
