The thesis deals with the improvement of the medical and rehabilitative measures for women with miscarrying of pregnancy and molar pregnancy in anamnesis by means of developing and introducng the complex of medical and preventative measures for the purpose of frequency reduction of perinatal losses and antenatal pathologyIt has been shown that the correlation of dynamics levels of the CGH and trophoblastic beta 1-globulin in blood serum of pathomorphological picture enables to prognosticate distant consequences of molar pregnancy. A new data has been received concerning the role of molar pregnancy in formation of reproductive health and subsequent pregnancies course disorders. The prognostic value of joint estimation of CGH and trophoblastic beta-1 glycoprotein (TBG) levels in blood serum for early differential diagnostics of pregnancy complications and prediction of women's miscarrying of pregnancy with molar pregnancy in anamnesis has been proved. It has been proved that the use of immunomodulatingtherapy contributes to a favorable course after excision of molar pregnancy, as well as to regeneration of women's reproductive function. The course of pregravida preparation with the use of immunomoduling therapy enables to gain normalization of hormonal and immune homeostasis values, to prevent the development of miscarrying of pregnancy threat in 95,2 % of woman after molar pregnancy.
