The aeronavigation system integrity estimation method on the basis of the modified a risk tree method which allows to estimate aeronavigation means integrity authentically is developed. The integrity infringement rare modelling technique events on the basis of the important sample method is developed. The generated sample optimum volume definition technique is developed. It is developed navigating satellites constellation identification techniques in conditions of influence of handicapes. The method of a risk tree is modified and is realized modelling of integrity infringement probability of the basic prompting on the basis of a rare events modelling method which leads to more adequate calculation of the aircraft loss probability owing to refusal of a prompting subsystem. Algorithms are developed for machine realization of the developed techniques. The program complex which estimates aeronavigation system integrity by the modified method is created.
