In the dissertation features of restoration of diastolic function of the left ventricle and the functional state of patients with a stable angina pectoris and single-vessel coronary disease with/without postmyocardial infarction cardiosclerosis in the nearest and follow-up (1 year) period of observation after scheduled coronary stenting are discovered. Restoration of diastolic function of myocardium of the left ventricle, improvement of a clinical state and an acceptability of an physical exercise after complete angiographic revascularizations of a myocardium at patients with a chronic ischemic heart disease occurs during the first months (1-3 months) to the subsequent improvement during 1 year.
