Essay

Object of research is the information-educational environment HIGH SCHOOL, and also the process of processing connected to it and transfers of the information. An object of research - methods, models and means of information technologies in activity HIGH SCHOOL in view of requirements of the credit - modular organization of educational process and the automated control of knowledge over training. Methods of research: methods of the system analysis; the theory of modelling, system engineering; graph theory; statistical researches and the comparative analysis of the data; the analysis of hierarchies. Scientific novelty of the received results: for the first time it is developed and is proved approaches, methods and models of construction of the complex information-educational environment HIGH SCHOOL as source of development of educational technologies in conditions of credit - modular system of the organization of educational process. Particularly, received such scientific results: principles and methodsof construction of the complex information-educational environment are offered; abstract model of the information-integrated subsystem computer testing of knowledge with open architecture; have received the further development methods of the differentiated analysis of results testing with use of the device of indistinct logic; the conceptual model of the specialized distributed databases that conceptual model of corporate computer networks in HIGH SCHOOL is advanced. Practical value of the received results: the program-technical complex "Navigator-Osvita" and a corporate computer network HIGH SCHOOL are developed and entered. Introduction: the Developed models, methods and algorithms are put in a basis of the information system "Navigator-Osvita" entered at the Kiev national university of construction and architecture. As a result of introduction, network technologies are advanced and improved with the purpose of introduction of credit - modular system of the organization of educational process and the HIGH SCHOOL is provided with reliable document circulation. Sphere of use - management of educational institutions.
