The dissertation is devoted to pressing question of modern obstetrics - to studying а antiphospholipid spectrum at the pregnant women sick of diabetes mellitus,during the different periods of pregnancy and to definition of a antiphospholipid syndrome pathogenetic role in mechanisms of development obstetric complications,to improvement of treatment-and-prophylactic complex of activities for such women.The complex of treatment-and-prophylactic activities for pregnant women with a diabetes and a high antiphospholipid antibodies titer, directed on correction of the revealed changes is offered,its efficiency concerning improvement of course of pregnancy,fetus and newborn state is shown.
