Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the intersystem analysis of the autonomic nervous system, hemodynamics, functional activity of cerebrum and neuroimmune status at cerebral atherosclerosis that allows to provide evidence-based treatment. It is retained that signs of subclinical inflammation usually are absent and pathological levels of antibodies sat in patients with cerebral atherosclerosis. Subclinical inflammation inherent in patients with atherosclerotic stroke (in renewal period of rehabilitation) and is expressed twice greater at the left hemisphere defeat. Neuroimmune trauma takes place at all patients with cerebral atherosclerosis. There is close intercommunication between autonomic dysfunction, brain activity disorganization and autoimmune changes. Certainly, the use of low level laser in therapeutic combination is enough effective at cerebrovascular pathology. Differential treatment principles of patients with cerebral atherosclerosis and stroke prevention are illuminated.
