Archangelskaja M. Perfection of the method of pre-incubation egg treatment for an increase in the reproductive ability of hen stock of the Progress cross

Research object - incubation eggs, embryos and chickens of the Progress cross, muscle tissue, internal organs, blood. Research objective - improvement of the method of pre-incubation treatment of eggs for getting higher reproductive properties of remount poultry stock of the Progress cross using a new concentration of a chemical mediator (agent) and new combinations of biologically active substances. Research method - zootechnical, biochemical, anatomical, biological, histological, biometric 1.Theory. A pioneer method for pre-incubation treatment of eggs. The method developed favors higher hatchability, grown energy and survival rate. 2.Practice. Research - based results prove high effectiveness of the application of the method of pre-incubation treatment of eggs using a solution of 0.1% ascorbic acid, 0.1% succinic acid and 0.05% dimexide.
