Guzhva Z. Development of sanitary-preventive trend of zemstovo medicine in Ekaterinoslavskaya guberniya (II half ХIХ an item - 1917).

Dissertation is devoted to investigation of formation and development of sanitary-preventive trend of zemstvo medicine in Ekaterinoslavskaya guberniya - Dnipropetrovs'k oblast. On the basis of archive and literature data there were analyzed historic medical peculiarities of formation of sanitary-antiepidemec organization in guberniya. Historical stages are distinguished, essence and basic principles of formation of preventive trend of zemstvo medicine on the model of sanitary - executive commission of city local government and sanitary-antiepidemec organization of guberniya zemstvo are elucidated. There were established peculiarities of stages of their formation and development, formation and fuvctioning of supervision models, data of founding are made more precise
