Serbynska Т. System level analysis and modeling for subject part of public administration

The object is subject part of public administration. The objective is elaboration, scientific ground and application of basic system level models of aim oriented development of subject of public administration and determination on this basis of directions and ways of improvement of activity of subject of public administration. The methods are system level, comparative historical, structurally-functional, analysis and synthesis, modelling and prognostication. The newness is that theoretic and methodological analysis of the historical forming of subject of public administration is carried out and present approaches of its modern understanding are generalized. The results are that the system level models of subject of public administration are offered and scientifically grounded; basic perspective directions and ways of development of subject part of public administration in Ukraine are defined and grounded on the basis of system level approach; the conceptual approaches to determination of basic systemproperties of subject of public administration are improved.
