Essay

At distributing of contingent of victims on 5 groups exposed, that most lethality made in the group of victims with the plural wounds of heart (50%).For diagnostics of damage of heart for the opened toracic trauma used operatively-diagnostic methods (EKG, sciagraphy of thorax, treatment of wounds, their informing is set, that gave to conduct possibility operative interferences with early terms). The offered chart of medically-diagnostic decisions foresees distributing of victims with the opened toracic trauma on 3 streams depending on the degree of weight of shock and expressed of loss of the blood. Introduction of the developed medically-diagnostic chart at victims with the opened toracic trauma allowed to reduce lethality from 25,8 to 14,7%.
