Zaharchenko A. Ukrainian Drama of the end of XX - beginning of XXI century: Research for Ideologikal and Artistic Aspects (problems, genres, characters).

In the Ph.D. thesis a number of works by little known authors of the end of XX - beginning of XXI century are methodically investigated for the first time in the study of Ukrainian literature. Background of formation and self-development of many creative individualities is elucidated. Their role and place in the literary process is determined. It is the first attempt to draw certain parallels in the interpretation of the little known authors' drama works as well as to analyze the specificity of their artistic practice on the content, form-making and formal levels. The object of the research is dramatic works of various genres by such authors as L.Yanovska, P.Saksagansky, I.Togobochny, A.Kaschenko, G.Vaschenko, A.Velysovsky, V.Tal'(Tovstonos), G.Levchenko, K.Vanchenko-Pysanetsky, V.Potapenko.
