Dissertational work is devoted differential EEG diagnostics primarily and again generalized convulsive attacks at patients with epilepsy. The algorithm complex EEG inspections of patients with epilepsy is offered with the purpose of an establishment such as an attack and the circuit of application antiepileptic preparations depending on type of an attack. Application of a frequency photo and phonostimulation with increasing frequency influences and in alternation, deprivation of dream, medicamentous dream has allowed to reveal the local center at again генерализованных convulsive attacks and his absence with primarily generalized convulsive attacks. It waspossible due to that use of the given techniques (a photo and phonostimulation, deprivation of dream) results in instability epileptic systems, in result there is a blocking ascending nonspecific influences and infringement of crustal-subcrustal mutual relations, and application of medicamentous dream results in reduction of the crustal-subcrustal brake control and conducts to activation epileptic phenomena, basically, in slow phases of dream, both at primarily, and at again geniralized convulsive attacks.
