Object of research: processes of management by the commodity policy of enterprise in the markets con-ditions of management. Purpose of research: ground and development of mechanisms of management by the commodity policy of enterprises in a market economy, allowing to promote its efficiency due to forming of consumer output value. Methods of research: dialecti-cal method of cognition of reality, fundamental posi-tions of economic theory, laws of functioning of market economy, management theory, economic-mathematical design information's technologies. Results: marketing conception of management by the commodity policy of enterprise is offered; classification of indexes and de-scriptions of value of goods and services is conducted; the chainless of receipt of consumer value is improved, which is complemented by blocks: quality manage-ment, distributing and sale - in the main types of activ-ity; the marketing aspects of management by a com-modity and commodity policy are certain enterprises and basic differences in these types of activity; a case frame by the streams of the prepared products and re-sources is developed on bases of the use of scenarios of change of market demand; the methods of choice of alternative strategies of commodity-service policy of enterprise are offered as a matrix "commodity and ser-vice is market and competition". Novelty: First: mar-keting conception of management by the commodity policy of enterprise is developed; from systems posi-tions the marketing aspects of management by a com-modity and commodity policy of enterprise are certain. Further development was got: methods of choice of alternative strategies of commodity-service policy of enterprise as a matrix "commodity and service is mar-ket and competition"; case frame by the streams of the prepared products and resources on bases of the use of scenarios of change of market demand. Improved: clas-sification of indexes and descriptions of value of goods and services; chainless of receipt of consumer value, which is complemented by blocks: quality manage-ment, distributing and sale - in the main types of activ-ity. Field of the use: level of enterprises.
