Tretyak M. Market and Institute of Property: Features of Forming

Object of research: becoming and development of subjects of market and ownness in the conditions of transitional economy. Purpose of research: development of conception of correlation of market and institute of ownness and his tendencies, at first, through the analysis of process of his forming in post-socialistic countries, including in Ukraine, secondly, ground of immanent relationship of processes of forming of relations of ownness and becoming of markets relations, thirdly, determination of progress trends of these relations on a way to an institutional economy. Methods of research: method of systems analysis; method of com-parative factor analysis; method of hierarchical analysis; method of logical ground; method of economic and mathe-matical analysis. Results: position about the necessity of including for the article of political economy of infor-mation as the resource of production; new approach to correlation of concepts "form", "type", "type" of own-ness; consideration of positives and negatives of proc-esses of state ownership elimination and privatization in Ukraine and ground of practical recommendations on the decline of negative consequences; consideration of market through the analysis of his functions and dis-functions; analysis of market subjects as the elements of specification of ownership rights. Novelty: organiza-tion of concepts is first carried out "form", "type", "type" of ownness; the necessity of determination of intercommunication of market and institute of ownness is first grounded; approach is improved to determina-tion of the article of political economy through con-cepts "rareness of resources"; methodology is im-proved to the analysis of thesis that a market is the form of organization and realization of relations of ownness, and a market economy comes forward the sphere of display and reproducing of commodity production and relations of ownness simultaneously at their primary and second levels of appropriation; further development was got: theory of transitional period withthe ground of common economic conformities to the law of transi-tional economy: instability of transitional forms and relations, historic transition character and their inter-communication; conception of economic sense and ownership rights through the analysis of stage-by-stage change of their forms and disagreements; approach to the decision of problems of state ownership elimination and privatization by the stage-by-stage removal of those errors, violations of legislation and injustice, which were assumed in Ukraine, through the analysis of becoming and development of markets relations and various forms types and types of ownness; thesis about the role of market in a institutional economy.
