The dissertation is devoted to methodological, legal and applied problems of the legal facts in sphere of law-enforcement activity. Innovative positions of the dissertation are connected with: defining historical periods of origin and development of concept of the legal fact; author's definition of the legal fact; expansion of classification criteria of the legal facts which are characteristic for law-enforcement activity; addition of system of sights concerning the bases of occurrence of law-enforcement relations; the establishment of features of proving the legal facts in law-enforcement activity.
