Candidat's thesis is focused on the isolation and investigation the properties of extracellular fructose bisphosphatase (FBFase) of Bacillus subtilis 668. The purification method of this enzyme was elaborated. Influence carbon sources and temperature on accumulate dynamics and enzyme activity was studied. Extracellular FBPase was purified about 165-fold to homogeneous state and specific activity of enzyme preparation were 52,9 un/mg of protein. Physico-chemically and molecular properties, kinetic characteristic interaction of extracellular FBPase with substrate in order for clasificated enzyme was investigated. Extracellular FBPase are a tetramer with molecular weight of subunit equal to 63 kDa. Sensitivity of extracellular FBPase of B. subtіlіs 668 to influence AMP, PEP, bivalent and monovalent cations, subunit size and another factors for reasons given refer to a class III FBFases. Was established serologically related between of extracellular FBFase of B. subtіlіs 668 and mollicut Achоlерlasmalaidlawii var. granulum st. 118, what confirm genetical relation of this microorganisms. Extracellular and intracellular FBFases of B. subtіlіs 668 serologically identical was shown. The extracellular FBPase of B. subtіlіs 668 shows citotoxicity activity in relation to tumors cells of as the sarcoma 37 іn vіtro. It is shown that the preparations remove TA antigenes from a surface of a tumors cell.
