The dissertation defines the main features of prodaction studies master’s ethics, which stipulated the choice of cognitive semantic, motivation activity and communicative personality components of professional ethics. The following pedagogical conditions of forming professional ethics of a production studies master have been defined: succession, ethics competens, unity of professionalism and morality in professional activity,taking into account the influence of a vocational training establishment environment and personality of the master himself. The proper model is scientifically grounded and experimentally tested.
