Mykhalska V. The state regulation of the mechanism of formation of an education environment for small and average entrepreneurship

The object is the system of state administration of Ukraine. The objective is the theoretical justification of the mechanism of formation of an education environment for small and average entrepreneurship as an object of regulation in the system of state administration. The methods are selection, synthesis, classification, generalization, system analysis, social foreseeing and prognosing, information-logic modeling, scientifical identification and comparative analysis of literature sources, economic and marketing analysis. The newness is that the theortical essence of the mechanism of formation of an education environment for small and average entrepreneurship in the system of state regulation is opened, as well as the contents of concepts of entrepreneurship-educations and business-educations, social entrepreneurship training, business-training of subjects, sciences. The results are that the structure of business-training in system of state regulation of development of small and average entrepreneurship is simulated; functional elements of the mechanism of formation of the educational environment for small and average business in the system of state regulation are determined; the model of continuousness of business-education in Ukraine in the system of state regulation is scientifically designed, the principles of National education program for development of business are scientifically proved.
