Karpyn O. Diagnosis and correction of the disorders of gestational preplacental bloodstream transformation

Objective of the present research is to improve prevention of perinatal pathology due to the timely diagnosis and correction of the disorders of hemodynamics gestational transformation in the functional subsystem "maternal organism-placental bed of the uterus". Major risk factors for gestational transformation disorders of preplacental bloodstream are choosed. In such cases the bloodstream dopplerometry of the uterine and spiral arteries reveals a significant increase of vascular resistance indices. Morphological investigations of bioptates of the placental bed of the uterus display incomplete gestational transformationof spiral arteries into the uterine placental ones. Administration of actovegin for the disorders of low-resistant bloodstream formation in the uterine artery pool induces gestational transformation of the placental bed vessels and spiral arteries transformation into the uterine-placental vessels. This provides the reduction of vascular resistance indices in the uterine and spiral arteries, thereby the formation of optimal conditions for the development of fetus.
