Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the reduction of obstetric and prophylactic complications by the study of some pathogenetical links of development and improvement of complex charts of medical treatment of preeclampsia of light and middle levels of difficulty. At the investigation of this pathology it is set that in the basis of pathogenesis lie the membranodestructional processes as the result of the orsgsn of disbalance of oxidant-antioxidant balance in the side of advantage of freelyredical reactions. At pregnant with preeclampsia of light and middle levels the violation of exchange of vital-necesarry microelements and immunological changes which show up the disfunction of immune answer and depression of T-lymphocytes-helpers is exposed, T-lymphocytes-supresors, activated B-lymphocytes and NK-cells, by the increasing of levels immunoglobulin og classes G, A and by the deficiency immunoglobulin M in the serum of blood. Being based on the gotten results, it is offered and substantiated the expediency ofaddition to the standart therapy by preparations glutargin and coenzim compozitum.
