Object - gastroduodenal bleedings (GDB); methods - clinical, endoscopical, laboratory, experimental, statistical; novelty - the results received in work show prognostic value such posthe-morrhagic changes, as an anemia, hypoxia, endotoxicosis and the duly beginning of their correction; independent value endotoxicosis is revealed; in work are carried out the further researches of influence of endotoxicosis on current of ulcer bleedings and results of their treatment; for the first time influence polysaccharide on sorption and haemostatis qualities silix, detoxication action of a composition is investigated at enteral application; in the robot results of experimentally clinical research of influence enteral applications siliceous-polysaccharide compositions on the basis of silix on current ulcer GDB are submitted; Results - efficiency of treatment of patients with ulcer gastroduodenal bleedings by прменения in complex treatment detoxication and haemostatis receptions is raised; branch – medicine.
