Skriabina T. Development of an innovative work style of a future history teacher in the training process

The thesis deals with the scientific analysis of the development of an innovative work style of the future history teacher in the training process. The structure of the professional preparedness, the criterions, indexes and formation degrees are revealed in the research. It is theoretically grounded and experimentally proved, that the proc-ess of professional training of the history students is getting better by providing the offered methods for the developing of an innovative activity style on the realization basis of the proposed pedagogical conditions such as: stimulation of the future history teachers to get success in their professional pedagogical work; to update the content of historical education by leading in the main concepts of educational inno-vations process into this content; providing the future history teacher with the system of various creative tasks during the pedagogical practice, that force the students to realize their positive "I image", creation of "I -conception"; directing theeducational methods, means, ways and forms at the student's personality, using new teaching means; developing an innovative standard, creation of according social, professional and psychological mechanism.
