Essay

Object of research: competitiveness of the enterprises on manufacture, processing and realization of milk and dairy products. The purpose of research: development and substantiation of the offers on improvement of marketing and competitiveness of the enterprises on manufacture of milk and dairy production in Ukraine. Methods: theoretical generalization, the system analysis, statistical-economic groupings, indexes, monographic, expert estimations, abstract-logic, structurally functional, balance, graphic, system-functional, account-constructive, comparative analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the up-to-date state-of-affairs of milk production, processing and selling in Ukraine is analyzed. The state-of-affairs connected with world market of milk and milk products as well as the foreign-economic activity of Ukraine within it are shown. Methods of competitive ability increasing for enterprises belonging to milk processing sub-branch are grounded on a base of improving the organization and management of enterprise marketing service. Strategic guidelines of economic activities for enterprises on milk production and processing are defined taking into consideration the terms of ITO joining. Scientific novelty: theoretical and applied aspects of competitive ability marketing of enterprises on milk production and processing are investigated in the dissertation study. Essence of ideas connected with marketing of enterprises on milk production and processing is defined on a base of summing up the domestic and foreign experience. System studies of the up-to-date market of milk and milk products conducted in accordance with the marketing line-up "production - delivery for processing - processing - selling" allow revealing the status of demand-and-offer, prices, market opportunities, its segmentation estimate and competitive ability. Degree of introduction: the development and offers are used in work of National association of milk producers of Ukraine "Ukrmolprom", Ichnya' factory of dry milk and butter, Thestate enterprise "Мilkilend-Ukraine". Efficiency: use of results of research will promote to increase the competitiveness of the enterprises of milk processing branch on the basis of improvement of organization and management of a marketing service at the enterprise. Sphere, branch of use: economic services of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, Ministry of economy of Ukraine, National association of milk producers of Ukraine "Ukrmolprom", agricultural enterprises.
