The dissertation is devoted to studying of insulin resist¬ance appearing and pathogenic mechanism of its development, different diagnostic metods of ones, scientific and practical meaning have been examined in this article. On the basis of complex investigations main regularities of humoral regulation in patients with essential hypertension of insulin resist¬ance were formulated. It is shown, that negative changes from the part of humoral and endothelial indices are observed in E.H. patients with insulin resist¬ance. In 60% of E.H. patients, the level of stable metabolite NO in blood, was lower than the standart. These results prove, that IR and endothelial disfunction, insluding NO production, are closely connected with each other.Branch – medicine.
