The object of research is processes of maintenance profitability of functioning and development of the enterprises in modern conditions of managing. The purpose of research is development of theoretical-methodical and practical bases of formation and introduction of organizational-economic maintenance profitability of the domestic enterprises. At a substantiation of theoretical-methodical rules of work and study of the practical recommendations of formation of system of maintenance profitability of the enterprises are used methods of scientific abstraction, historical, dialectic, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis. Special methods statistical and factorial of the analysis, extrapolation, selective inspection, factors, modeling, grouping and classifications applied for analytical and prognosis of an estimation of maintenance profitability of the enterprises. Theoretical and practical results and novelty: 1. The process profitability of the enterprise, the classification profitability is developed, the scientific interpretation of the terms "profitability of the enterprise", "rentable", "incoming" is advanced. 2. The applied recommendations concerning construction of system of organizational-economic maintenance profitability of the enterprises are reasonable, the strategic measures of restructuring of manufactures, direction of rationalization of expenses and pricing wood-processing of combines of Ukraine are certain. The recommendations concerning system of formation of organizational-economic maintenance profitability of the enterprises, her matrix and circuit, optimization of the administrative decisions are introduced on the basis of introduction outsourcing, active pricing, technique of forecasting and estimation of maintenance of process profitability. The practical development of the dissertation have universal character and can be applied by the enterprises of various spheres of business. Practical use of system of organizational-economic and analytical maintenance profitability of theenterprises enables to improve their competitiveness and development on the basis of increase of productivity and efficiency of their activity.
