The research is devoted to the forming of the professional speech culture of future officials of domestic affairs institutions. The essence, structural componets of the forming of the professional speech culture of future officials of domestic affairs institutions have been discovered. The totality of pedagogical factors have been brought to light and theoretically substantiated. There is an educational information in the disciplines' contents of the language training in the higher school of domestic affairs of Ukraine, the application of forms and methods set in the organization of the educational process, the attraction of cadets to the cognitive activity. The essence and contents of the notion "professional speech culture" have been specified. The model of the forming of the professional speech culture of future cadets in the higher school of domestic affairs of Ukraine has been made and experimentally proved. Essencial descriptions, criteria and rates of the professional speech culture model of future officials of domestic affairs institutions have been improved.
