Derkach A. Organizational and legal aspects of the control over the industry of ensuring nuclear and radiation safety.

The Dissertation has been dedicated to the actual problems of the legal ensuring of the control over meeting the requirements of safety in the process of using nuclear power, the handling of nuclear materials. The work contains the analysis of basic notations that are associated with the control in the industry of nuclear and radiation safety, the principals of its (control) organization and implementation, the tendencies toward the development of legal regulation of this direction in control activities.Considered have been the content and the authorities of the subjects that effect the control in the industry of nuclear and radiation safety, the legal forms of this control and the issues of the application of nuclear and radiation safety legal requirements of preventive, punitive, compensatory (loss reimbursement) measures. Substantiated have been the proposals concerning the improvement of the legislation for the issues of the control in the industry of nuclear and radiation safety.
